CAESARS PALACE ROOM RATES

As a THRIVELIVE registrant you get access to discounted room rates at Caesars Palace starting at $189 per night. You’ll be able to book your room at this rate when you use the link in your THRIVELIVE confirmation email. Be sure to book your rooms now before the special rate expires April 7, 2023.

Changes to existing hotel reservations can be made by calling Caesars Palace directly at 702-731-7110 or by using the link in your confirmation email.

RESORT FEE

A group discounted Daily Resort Fee of $30 plus Clark County room tax (currently 13.38%) is applied to each reservation and includes

  • Property-wide high-speed wireless internet access (public spaces, meeting space, sleeping room)
  • Unlimited local and toll-free calls
  • Airline boarding pass printing
  • Notary service
  • Cardio Room access for guests 18+

DEPOSIT

Attendee credit card will be charged the first night’s room rate and tax at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS

Refunds will be issued on individual attendee’s reservations only if cancelled at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance of the confirmed arrival date. If you cancel less than 3 days before you will forfeit 1 night’s room rate + tax ($189 plus 13.38% tax = $214.29) You will not be charged a resort fee.
